Refund Policy

Effective Date: 1st April 2025

At the Institute for Advanced Learning and Skill Development, an Unit of Impression Business Advisors LLP, we are committed to delivering high-quality training programs and ensuring the best learning experience for our students. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before enrolling in any course.

• All course fees are non-refundable once the payment has been made.
• Fees paid towards online, offline, or blended training programs cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
• This policy applies to all types of payments, including full course fees, installment payments, and registration fees.
   

While we maintain a No Refund Policy, we do offer flexibility in the following cases:

• If a batch is postponed or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, students will be given the option to enroll in the next available batch.
• In case of medical emergencies or unavoidable personal circumstances, students may request a course deferment to the next available session. Such requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
   

• The course fees cannot be transferred to another person or student once payment has been made.
• Students cannot switch to a different course after enrollment unless approved by the institute management.
   

• In cases where Institute for Advanced Learning and Skill Development cancels a course entirely, students may receive a full refund or credit towards another course.
• If an error in payment processing occurs (e.g., duplicate payments), the excess amount will be refunded upon verification.
   

• This Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
• Any disputes arising from or related to this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
